Terms of service
These terms govern the use of gmtradeinternational.com.bd and the sale of goods by GM Trade International. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are

2. Who we sell to
Our goods are supplied primarily to businesses — garment manufacturers, print shops and apparel producers. You confirm that you are able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you give us is accurate.
3. Products, prices and availability
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. We try to keep prices, stock and product information accurate, but they may change without notice, and an item may be unavailable after you order it. Where applicable taxes or duties apply, these are as required by law. Colour and finish may vary slightly between production batches; where an exact match matters, ask us before ordering.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. If we cannot supply an item, or if an item was listed at an incorrect price, we may decline or cancel the order and will refund any amount already paid.
5. Payment
Payment is due as set out at checkout, and the methods available to you are shown there. Where an online payment method is offered, it is handled by a third-party gateway. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on the courier and the destination.
7. Returns
Returns are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Suitability and testing — important
Heat transfer materials behave differently depending on the fabric, the press, and the temperature, dwell time, pressure and peel method used. Any application guidance we give is general information, not a specification for your production process. You must test material on a sample piece under your own production conditions before committing it to a production run. We are not responsible for garments damaged where material has been applied without such testing, or applied outside the manufacturer’s recommended conditions.
9. Third-party names, logos and designs
Where goods carry a brand name, club crest, national emblem or other third-party design, it is your responsibility to hold whatever licence or permission is required to reproduce it on garments you produce or sell. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of such designs.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, or other indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law, including under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 where it applies.
11. Your account
Keep your account details confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
12. Site content
The content of this site, including product photography and descriptions, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
