Shipping policy

This policy explains how orders placed on gmtradeinternational.com.bd are delivered.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout Bangladesh using established courier partners. Orders may also be collected from our premises in Narayanganj by arrangement — contact us before travelling so we can confirm the goods are ready.

Delivery timeframes

In line with the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021, we aim to hand orders to the courier promptly and to complete delivery within 5 (five) days for destinations within the same city, and within 10 (ten) days for other destinations within Bangladesh, counted from confirmation of the order.

Made-to-order items — custom logos, chest prints and similar — are produced to your specification and take longer. We will tell you the expected lead time when the order is confirmed.

Timeframes may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier disruption and circumstances outside our control. If an order is going to be delayed beyond the period above, we will contact you.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the destination, weight and volume of the order. The charge that applies to your order is shown before you confirm it, and no delivery charge is added afterwards. For bulk and trade orders, contact us for a quotation that includes delivery.

Tracking your order

Once an order has been dispatched you can follow it from the Order Tracking page on this site using your order number. Where the courier issues its own tracking reference, we will pass that on.

Checking your delivery

Please check the goods when they arrive. If a parcel is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery person where possible. Tell us about damage, shortages or incorrect items as soon as you receive the delivery so we can put it right — see our Return & Refund Policy.

If delivery fails

Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once and will try to contact you on the number given with the order. Please make sure that number is correct and reachable. Where a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or the address or number is wrong, a further delivery charge may apply.

Cancellations and refunds

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, or we cannot supply it, any amount paid is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are processed promptly and in any case within the period required under the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines; the time it then takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
