Return policy

GM Trade International accepts returns on stock materials under the terms below. These terms apply to goods bought directly from us.

Eligibility

Goods may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and a valid purchase receipt or invoice is required for every return.

Items we cannot accept back

Goods that have been cut, pressed, applied to fabric or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be returned, as they can no longer be resold. The same applies to goods damaged after they leave us. Custom-made and made-to-order items are produced specifically for the buyer and are not returnable unless the goods supplied differ from what was ordered.

How to start a return

Contact us through this website, by phone on +880 1896 274838, or by email at info@gmtradeinternational.com.bd. We will check whether the goods qualify. Once confirmed, the item can be exchanged or a credit issued against a future order.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If material arrives damaged, or does not match what was ordered, tell us as soon as you receive it and we will put it right.

Because performance depends on the fabric, press and settings used, we ask buyers to test material on a sample piece before committing it to a production run. Materials that have already been run through production cannot be returned on the grounds of the result.
