Information you give us. Your name, business name, mobile number, email address and delivery address when you register, place an order or contact us; the contents of enquiries and support tickets you send us.

Order information. The products you order, order value, delivery details and order history.

Payment information. Where you pay online, payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway. Card and mobile-banking credentials are entered on the gateway’s systems and are not stored by us. We receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, and a reference for it.

Technical information. IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders; to contact you about an order or enquiry; to provide customer support and handle returns; to maintain your account; to keep records required for accounting and tax; to detect and prevent fraud; and, where you have agreed, to send you information about products and offers.

Who we share it with

Delivery partners. We pass your name, address and mobile number to the courier handling your order so that it can be delivered.

Payment gateway. Information needed to process your payment.

Where the law requires it. We may disclose information to a government authority, regulator or court where we are legally obliged to.

We do not sell your personal information.
